Happy World Heart Day! To mark the occasion I've shared a FREE printable and instructions to make your very own vintage-style heart collage. These beauties look amazing but I swear they are totally achievable for absolute beginners. They're also quick to make, a lot of fun and entirely customisable. Today I've mostly been reading about the impact of #gender and #age on the experience of living with a #pacemaker or #ICD. Oh, it's a big old can of worms, and one that I will have A LOT to say about one day, but in the meantime, it's made me all the more determined to normalise the idea that young women have cardiac devices too. Hence, "It's not weird (for girls) to be wired!" See my stories for a bit more on this topic.
